The above delivery timelines are for Orders placed before 2pm. Order placement after 2pm is plus1 day added to the delivery timelines.
By timelines we mean business days – Monday to Friday only, excluding weekends. This may vary depending on the delivery option chosen
METHODS OF DELIVERY
Delivery time starts from the day you place your order to the day one of our delivery associates makes a first attempt to deliver to you. Delivery will be attempted 3 times over a period of 5 days (7.00 am to 6.00pm ) after which the item will be cancelled.
Standard Shipping: Products are held in stock with vendors and shipped once an order is received
Shipped from Overseas: Products are shipped from overseas Vendors.
RETURN AND REFUND ONLINE POLICY
Tellme offers a 7-day return timeline for items that meet the requirements for return. Contact us through any of our contact channels within seven days of delivery and we will make sure you get resolution
Items should be placed in its original packaging, including any labels, tags, freebies or accessories. If you have created a password on the device you wish to return, please ensure it is removed, otherwise, your return will be invalid
Return items will be picked up by our logistic team from you within 1 – 4 business days. Always ensure your return slip is signed by our agents as your proof of return.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 10 business days

Refund and Return Timelines
I. Return Pick up Timeline:
The return pick up time starts from the day you make a request to return an item to the day one
of our delivery associate retrieves the item that you will like to return.
II. Refund Timeline:
The refund timeline starts from the day the item you would like to return is picked up by one
of our delivery associates to the day the refund process is completed.
Note: If the reason for returning an item cannot be confirmed, such item will be redelivered to you and a refund will not be processed.
Items not eligible for Returns
- Items that have been altered from their original or opened by unauthorized personnel without permission
- Products damaged due to misuse.
- Perishable goods cannot be returned except a valid reason is raised at the point of delivery with affirmation from the dispatch
- Books and CDs
- Jewellery, innerwear, bed sheets, lingerie and socks.
- Product with tampered or missing serial Universal Product Code numbers (UPC)
- Products in beauty, health and personal care category
- Computers, laptops, and desktops
